Service Cancellation and Return Policy

Scope

This policy applies to service-based purchases and program bookings. No physical products are sold on this website.

Cancellation requests submitted at least 48 hours before a scheduled service are generally eligible for credit or refund review.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

In some cases, approved requests may be converted to service credit for future programming.

This policy does not waive or limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable U.S. law.
